Setting up your Immersive Home

You've just installed the Immersive Home app and now want to connect it to you Home Assistant instance, this guide will explain how to do that.

1. Open your Home Assistant dashboard and click on your profile in the bottom left.
2. Sroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Create token" button. This should create a new popup in which you can assign the token a name and copy it to your clipboard.

3. In the app, open the settings panel.
4. Enter your Home Assistant url and toke into the inputs, make sure the url starts with either ws or wss and has no leading /. You can use the paste button in the bottom right of the keyboard to paste in your url and token.
5. Click the connect button, if everything was entered correctly, Connected should now be displayed beneath the button.
